I've just started using SMS Media Player 1.8 R2, and it works nicely with movies that are on my USB stick, but I can't get it to read any of my DivX movies on CDR. Any ideas why this is?

I've got heaps of DivX discs, all on different quality/brand disc, and none of them will play (I've tried about 10). It's going to be a real pain if I have to copy any movies I want to watch onto my USB stick.

If you don't have a modchip you need to burn your CDRs and DVDs in a special way:
- instructions for burning an SMS CDR
- instructions for burning an SMS DVD.

If your PS2 is chipped, then you should be able to play normal data CDRs and DVDs. If CDR isn't working, maybe try a DVD instead?
