I want to install a larger HDD in my PS3. Can anyone who's already done this tell me what do I need to know?

What's the maximum HDD size I can install?
What are the specs that the drive must have?
How tricky is it opening the PS3 and putting the new drive in?

I think you can use any SATA notebook drive, regardless of capacity. The factory PS3 drive is 5400 RPM so you might want to get something the same speed.

The PS3 booklet actually tells you how to remove the HDD. Doesn't look too complicated to me.
