All right, my PS2 has been modded and the uLaunchELF iso file burned to a CD-R. However, when I boot it I get the message, "Please insert a PS or PS2 disk." What's wrong?

Try different media. Try some cheap CDRs and some Verbatim/Sony ones. Burn at SLOOOOW speed
