HARDWARE REQUIRED
- PS2 capable of playing backups
- USB flash drive (most will work, but not all)
- CD burner and 1 blank CDR

i think i have all the requirements..
Can you see your memory card in uLaunchELF? If you want to load saved games, you need to copy them from your USB stick to your memory card.

What exactly do you want to do?
hello sir. i just want to download game saves from the net then load it in my ps2.. i followed the steps i already burned a cdr containing ulaunchelf.. i tried to run it in my ps2 but it wont.. all there is, is just the memory card and the cd.. nd i cant enter the cd and for the memory card there is no ulaunchelf there.. im knda slow at this so any help would really b appreciated thankyou sirs..
Aha ok, I understand now.

You need a PS2 that can play backups, which means you either need to use an exploit, or have a modchip installed.

If you still can't get uLaunchELF to boot, try burning it SLOWLY on a few different brands of disc.
help me its making me crazy.
i downloaded ulaunchelf, and burned it using dvd decryptor. it burned all files in the folder. so I have a tape and tissue modded ps2 slim. i can play backups just fine. when it goes to the ps1 loading screen and i swap the disk with ulaunchelf, nothing happen. it just gives me the playstation screen with the ps symbol. i did evrything right didnt i.by the way i used an imation cdr disk at 4x speed.
Try a few different brands of disc.

I had to burn a few to get uLaunchELF to work. I think the laser in my PS2 is getting a bit cranky in its old age.
