stupid eye toy doesn't work

ok i've been trying this for 2 HOURS now and it still doesn't work
i've been looking on a lot of sites and i dwl w.e. but it didn't really help. i have window vista so when i click control pannel and then i click device manager the eye toy usb camera mantai pops up in imaging devices but it also shows up in sounds and video controllers. then what do i do now after i plug it in. i think i need a lot of help!
(some that can explain step by step) the instructions on other sites i dont get )

i think it is 32 cuzi think it is vista home basic one i dunno i was looking at the dvd that it came with and it saids includes 32-bit software...so what do i do..how long would it take me to do this?

Have you tried to use the EyeToy?

yes i used that eye toy for ps2 but i don't know how to use it for the computer to make it into a webcam...and i have windowvista premium too. and i've been on those site and dwl w.e but it doesn't make sense and it doesn't work
